RETURNS

Returns are available on regular priced items for orders placed from within Canada or the USA. Please email us at regarding your return at info@indigobaycanmore.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be in unworn condition with all original tags attached and unmodified.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Full refunds will be subjected to a $15 shipping fee. 

Sale items are final and not eligible for refund. Jewellery, swimwear, and intimates are also final sale. International orders outside of the USA are final sale. To request a Return email info@indigobaycanmore.com stating the reason for the return. You will then be provided with the shipping address of where to send your package.

Please note Indigo Bay is not responsible for any lost shipments. A tracking number and insurance is recommended. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Flat rate shipping charges are deducted from refund amounts. Duties/taxes/fees charged on returned items from the USA will be deducted.
